March 25, 2019 ManCom Comments on Company Policy & Guidelines: 1. Target date of issuance of the new company uniform should be by June this year. 2. Be specific with the length of skirt/dress allowed. Length of skirt/dress should not be more than 2 inches above the knee. 3. Include the Janitor and Security Guard in the issuance of the new uniform. 4. Accumulation of written warnings and suspension as ground for dismissal should be counted every year.
