The MasterPlan for Facility Development Management (Director) Funding System Mutual Responsibilities Program

The Master Plan: Hire an Architect to visit the site to draw and present the Facility Development Master Plan. (a. Time table for Phase development, b. Total project cost as projected including the inflation adjustment) Management: Identify the Main Camp Director to oversee the progress of the plan and camp programs. To whom is he accountable and the specific job descriptions must be clear. Funding System: Is it included in the MOA that both parties are expected to raise fund for the facility development? How many percent for both parties? Is it possible that all donations will be turned in to the foundation if they are already SEC Registered? Mutual Responsibilities: Both parties are expected to promote and raise funds for the campsite. Maintenance cost will be shouldered by percentage.

Important Questions: 1. Did we consider the duration of the MOA? 2. What happened to the facilities after the end of the MOA? 3. Do we have provisions for income sharing although it is a non-profit ministry? The Program The function of the campsite will be run by the Director as approved by the CBAP Management Committee. The following are the possible programs: 1. Leadership Development a. Seminars for Church Leaders b. Youth Discipleship c. Marriage Enhancement d. etc 2. Camps a. Evangelistic b. Music for Worship Team c. Youth Leadership 3. Conferences 4. Church Planning Ways to Develop the Campsite: 1. By Investment a. Gold Amount Invested: P___________________ 3 Rooms for free for 15 days for the period of 10 years, pay 50% for additional facilities b. Silver Amount Invested: P __________________ 3 rooms free for 10 days for the period of 7 years, pay 50% for additional facilities c. Bronze Amount Invested: P __________________ 2 rooms free for 7 days for the period of 5 years, pay 50% for additional facilities 2. Donations From churches, individuals, businessmen, institutions, etc.

3. Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) This scheme is possible if we can add another partnership plan. A group of donors or an individual or institution will commit to develop the whole campsite. a. CBAP and the Foundation will manage the program b. Pay monthly basis for the developer c. Term of payment and duration will be according to the agreement d.
