 Achievement of the Organization and impact  1196 members of Government PHCs staff including Medical Officers were  

completely aware and trained on Bio-Medical Waste Management from 92 PHCs, i.e. 62 PHCs from Srikakulam District and 30 PHCs from Vizianagaram district. 1265 women from vulnerable communities (including fisher-folk and tribal-folk) was aware through trainings on ante-natal and post-natal care 1160 adolescent girls undergone training on Reproductive age group 197 child labour children belongs to fishermen communities was promoted to regular schools and providing government hostel seats for continuing their education. 495 dropout children from different communities was mainstreamed in regular schools 183 women was solved their family problems like bigamy, dowry harassments etc., through the organization. The number includes 47 fisher women and 62 tribal women 50 women from 10 villages has formed as issue committees on Domestic Violence and taken initiative to deal all violence issues at village level. 200 male & 200 female volunteers from 200 villages in 4 mandals were trained as Village Resource Persons on HIV & AIDS and always available at their village to deal all myths and misconceptions related to HIV & AIDS and motivate the people for testing of HIV voluntarily at VCCTCs and PPTCTs. The organization has supported to 123 physically challenged persons (PCPs) get concession passes from the government 42 Physically Challenged Persons was get supported equipment like ear aids, artificial legs, try cycles etc., 1466 farmers from 24 villages in 4 mandals were aware on importance of natural pesticides. 577 farmers with 1005 acres of land from 10 villages in 2 mandals were practiced sustainable agriculture practices and cultivated through natural pesticides and natural fertilizers. 50 women from urban slums were trained on TIE and DYE programme through TARUNI MACS Ltd., and earn extra income through the activity. 10 women from urban slums were earning extra income through petty coat making unit started by TARUNI MACS Ltd.
