MADA Phone Options: 1. Softphone: It’s a telephone software (Softphone) .Once you install it, you’ll add a fully functioning telephone interface to your computer. MADA SoftPhone works just like your telephone keypad. You can make calls; receive calls from to all over the world. And because this Softphone is provided by MADA, you’ll get the full range of MADA Features.
2. IP Phone MADA provides an IP enabled phone, which needs to be connected with: High speed internet connection, DSL, cable, WiFi, or fiber connection
3. Router device connected to the internet and plugged with an existing telephone (a router and a normal handy telephony can be an alternative of using an IP phone; you can make calls; receive calls from and to all over the world.)
4. Mobile P Our costumer can also enjoy using his MADA line using his personal mobile phone if it was provided with SIP settings, WiFi, and internet telephony.
*How does MADA VOIP work?
Features: Because our satisfaction is only established by making you, our dear customer, comfortable and fully served; MADA decided to provide you with some helpful features to make your communication and phone calls around the world easier and covered by the simplest possible way:
1 .Call Forward, **Call forwards all: Allows you to forward all your incoming calls to any phone number you choose including your wireless phone, anywhere around the world. ** Call forward if busy: Allows you to forward your incoming calls, when your MADA line is busy, to any phone number you choose - including your wireless phone, anywhere around the world. ** Call forward if no answer: Allows you to forward your incoming calls, when there is no answer on your MADA phone, to any phone number you choose, including your wireless phone, anywhere around the world.
2. Caller ID display: This feature will show you a visual display of the caller's number as well as the Caller's name.
3. Caller ID blocking: Allows you to block your telephone number from being displayed in the Caller ID of the person you are calling. Caller ID Block gives you privacy protection. Even if the party you're calling has a caller ID device, your number won't appear on their phone or Caller ID device.
4. Selective caller ID blocking (selective private number) Allows you to block your telephone number from being displayed in the Caller ID of some selected people (a selected person you are calling or previously selected people in your ring List). Selective Caller ID Blocking works only for the duration of one call. After that call is completed, Caller ID will return to its previous status.
Caller ID Block gives you privacy protection whenever you want it. Even if the party you're calling has caller ID, your number won't appear on their phone or caller ID device
5. Call return: Also known as *69, allows you to quickly return any incoming call, even if you didn’t answer the call. Simply dial *69 and your MADA service will automatically redial the number of the most recent incoming call. Immediately after you dial *69, a voice prompt announces the return call number, date and time.
6. Video support: Now MADA made it possible for you to hear and see each other make video calls on the same network using a device that supports the video calls or a softphone on your computer.
7. Do not disturb: Do Not Disturb prevents your MADA phone from ringing whenever, wherever, and however you want. All incoming calls will be sent to a system message indicating that you are not accepting calls at this time. You can turn Do Not Disturb on or off for each of your MADA lines separately. And Do Not Disturb won't affect your outgoing calls.
8. Anonymous call rejection: Reject any inbound call from anonymous parties who have explicitly restricted their Caller ID information. Such calls will be sent to a system message indicating that you do not accept anonymous calls. The caller will be directed to hang up and try again with Caller ID unblocked.
9. Call waiting: Allows you to accept an incoming call while you are already in a call. While you’re on the line you’ll hear a special tone telling you there is another caller
trying to reach you and this number appears to you. If you choose not to answer, you can simply let it ring through to your voicemail. Alternatively, you can toggle back and forth between both calls as many times as you would like.
10. Multiple ways calling: Lets you spontaneously add another caller during an ongoing phone conversation. Even better if you call a friend with a Multiple Ways Calling, you can have an up to 6 people on the phone at the same time .This feature is a very valuable for conference meeting.
11. Speed dial: Saves up to ten of your most frequently dialed numbers to single digit short cuts. Speed Dial numbers can be saved on the VOIP Online Account, or directly on your VOIP phone.
12. Call transfer: Call Transfer lets you direct a live call to another phone number anywhere in the world.

This service will be very helpful if you are away from internet access or from your ATA device, this service can be used by many mobiles or land lines at the same time using one MADA account, the mobile and land line numbers can be memorized by the system and assigned to the MADA number account, this can be done by our Web interface and by listening to the voice prompt and pressing a certain key digit.

Mada calling accounts come in two main variations: ➢

Here you only pay the price of the line 10 JOD, and 50 JOD deposits (total of 60 JODs) and a monthly detailed bill will be received on your e-mail while you can check your consumption on your own web account.
Your options for the recharge and refill cards are any amount of 5 JODs and its duplications. •
