Sketch any TWO of the following: a) Machining symbols b) Practical hints on dimensioning with sketches and examples. c) Representations of (i) Mild Steel (ii) Butt Joint (iii) Glass (iv) Straightness (v) Concrete.

Sketch any TWO of the following with proper dimensioning. a) BUTTRESS thread b) Single riveted, double strap butt joint for plates of 12 mm thickness with cover plate thickness of 8 mm. c) Single Gib head key for a shaft of 50 mm size.

The details of CROSS HEAD are given in figure. Draw the following assembled views. a) Half sectional front view b) Simple top view c) Simple side view.
