CERTIFICATION This is to certify that Block 2A and 2B in our Site Development Plan are mere representations specifically made to help us and our clients distinguish and identify lots easily for our marketing purposes. The above Block 2A & 2B are also incorporated in our altered site development plan and were duly approved by the Local Government Unit of San Fernando City, La Union. All Titles under Lot 1-A belongs to A side which includes Blocks 1-A, 2-A, and 3-A; all Titles under Lot 1-B belongs to B Side which includes Blocks 1-B, 2B and 3-B. In line with the above foregoing, the Transfer Certificate of Title No. 025RT21784478 which was transferred in the name of Spouses Juan Llano and Juana Llano with TCT No. . 025-RT21784478 belong to Lot 1-B, Block 2-B.
