You are aware that any material misrepresentation or falsification in the information and documents shall be construed as an act to defraud CBCI, and shall be a ground for disapproval of this Franchise Application or termination of the Bayad Center Franchise Agreement. You will hold CBCI free and harmless from any liability that may arise as a result of the authorization and consent given.
