Skimmers gave an astounding interpretation of the poem “Ang Bata sa Panahon ng Ligalig” written by Carlos Palanca Memorial Awardee for Literature Noel G. de Leon that enabled them to earn the championship title in the Poetry in Motion while Clovers and Redbolts came to second and third places respectively. The “Rhythm & Blues”-themed Creative Modern Dance competition, turned to be the highlight of Paindisanay as the audience went wild when academic organizations rendered their dance moves; Magnates had a back-to-back win in the said competition with Redbolts in second place and Tycoons in third place. Paindisanay is part of the “Pahampang”, the university’s annual sports and cultural competition. ■ (Photos by Jan Zenne Genandoy)
