Lech Walesa’s Mini Biography. Lech Walesa was born on September 29th, 1943 in Popowa, Poland. In 1969 he married Danuta Golos and they have eight children. He worked as a car mechanic center from 1961 to 1965.

Character Traits The Character Traits for Lech Walesa was a leader of the worker in Gdansk shipyard. He help the worker by meeting with the government to get the right to strike for the worker.  

Conflict During the clash in December 1970 between the workers and the government, Lech Walesa was one of the leaders of the shipyard workers in Gdansk shipyard in, Poland and was briefly detained.

Resolution The Resolution was the holding of parliamentary elections which, although limited, led to the establishment of a non-communist government.

Reflection I think the reflection is the leader who help the worker to negotiate to get the workers the right to strike and to organise their own independent union.
