Email ID creation – Lotus Notes (Lotus Notes Account Creation - FW Employees / Non-FW Employees (Eg., Clients, Partners, etc.,). Lotus Notes Configuration Administration and resolving the Lotus Notes related issues of users(Internal users) Remote Lotus Notes access & Configuration AD analysis for user accounts relating to project, Depts,Internet and login problems Windows Login creation Providing Access to Site, Department (Microsoft Active Directory) Providing Access to Project and its Resources Providing Access to Internet Providing Access to Standard applications through Citrix (Lotus notes, Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer) Access to Department & Project specific applications through Citrix Process User Account Transfer Process all request forms, leasing with the UK IT Operational Manager and user, where required; Maintain records of all requests for audit purposes, in accordance with the current procedure

Awareness of the current Service Level Agreements / Targets to process a user request

Manage the System Administration E-mail stationery and E-mail inbox and process requests accordingly. Manage and maintain up-to-date System Administration working practices.

Process the leavers (designees’) account in Mainframe system.

Liaise with Logistics group in Reading [UK] for logical request queries.
