Date : 20/3/19 Time : Initial Examination Chief Complaint Dyspnea Present Medical History Patients came referred from Cahaya Medika Hospital with complaints of shortness of breath after cesarean section 10 hours before admission for indications of placental abruption. Born a baby boy, 1800 grams, the fetus has died. The patient admitted that after 5 hours post surgery he felt pain in the area of the surgical wound. The patient feels low urine production. The patient denies there is bleeding from the birth canal. Past Medical History HT, DM, Asma complaints are denied. PRC 5 bag and 2 bags of FFP blood transfusion history (when treated at Cahaya Medika Hospital). Family Medical History HT, DM, Asma complaints are denied Contraception History Injection per 1 month Social, Habit, & Economic History 12-year menstrual history, regular, 5x GP / day, no menstrual pain The patient is married, currently giving birth to a second child. The first child is male, 5 years, 3300 grams, normal. She is a housewife, her husband is a courier.
