After hours usage requires a minimum reservation of four hours. Building usage fees are calculated from the time the first person enters the facility until the last person leaves. Rental time includes decorating and clean-up. The Multi-Purpose Rooms A, B, Vinson (C), Library, and Lobby may be reserved depending on availability and charges will be quoted. 1 – 200 persons $ 500.00 201 – 300 persons $ 750.00 Damage Deposit will be returned within 45 days after the license date if the facility is left in order and all policies were followed. Licensee is responsible for any and all damage inside and outside the facility during the usage period.
