Note: Printout of the application form along with Demand Draft for Rs.3,000/- payable at Belgaum drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘Registrar KLE University, Belgaum’ has to be sent by post or submitted in person must to the Registrar’s Office of the KLE University, Belgaum on or before 12th Jan,2008 by 5.00 pm Applicants should ensure that: 1. He / She has signed the Application Form at the places specified for the purpose. 2. The Application Form is duly signed by his/ her parent / guardian. 3. He / She has affixed his/ her left Thumb impression in the box provided. 4. Recent passport size photographs with name and date have been pasted in the spaces for that purpose and 6 extra copies of recent passport size photographs are attached. 5. Attach xerox copies of Marks Cards as mentioned in the broucher. 6. Counseling letters will be sent to the candidates as per the Merit List declared by the University. 7. Those who fail to receive the counseling letter for whatsoever reasons, must attend to the counseling as per their Merit List Number and schedule notified on the website. Such candidates must bring with them some proof of identity (Driving License, College ID Cards ) and proof of appearing to KLE PGAIET-2008 (TAT Card) to attend the counseling.

NB: The Entrance exam fees is non –refundable, even if the application is rejected or if the candidate does not appear for the exam.
