Top 10 “Things You Need To Know” about Policy Compliance Please be advised that it is a VIOLATION of Arbonne’s Policies & Procedures to: 1. GROUP SKIN CARE PRESENTATION PREPARATION What to take with you: 1. NutriMinC RE9 anti-aging line in Gold Bag 2. Awaken Sea Salt Scrub to use at sink and leave for the Hostess 3. Basket of your favorite products. Be sure to include a variety from different lines, but only what will fit in a basket (no more than 8 products). 4. Foundation selector samples. 5. Primer (if not one of your favorites) 6. Catalogues, pens 7. Wash cloths 8. Samples: Shampoo, RE9 masque, RE9 scrub for guests who bring a friend. (Wrap in a bag or tie with a bow) Do not take RE9 or Intelligence facial samples, otherwise people will want to try first and you will have a $0 class.

As guests arrive Greet each guest and use the Sea Salt Scrub at the sink (use this time to introduce yourself and build a rapport with them). Have the hostess invite them to get some snacks and take a seat in the room for the Presentation. Give each guest a Client Profile card/sheet to fill out. If playing the Deal or No Deal game, hand out the boxes/tins and tell them to hang on to them, don’t peak and you will explain later. GROUP PRESENTATION The Hostess Have the hostess thank everyone for coming and say a few words to the group about why she wanted them to hear about Arbonne. (Maybe she can tell about her favorite product and the difference she has seen). Thank the Hostess, introduce yourself, and tell your story Make sure to include your upline’s story, what Arbonne has done for you so far (earned trips, tax advantages, bonuses, 35% discount, friends, time leveraging) and what you see

Arbonne doing for you in the future. (Quit job, bring husband home, helping others, Mercedes Benz, dream home, out of debt, save for retirement, etc.) Get to know the Guests “I know I had the opportunity to meet you at the sink while we tried the sea salt scrub, but let’s just go around the table and introduce yourself again, and we are going to start with our hostess. If time and money were no option, what would you love to do?” This is an opportunity for you to remember 3-4 names. Remember that the sweetest sound to someone is their name. Use the names that you remembered while you are doing your presentation. When all the guests have shared, this is your time to share your “Eye story”. Also use 2-3 Eye stories of VP’s that you can relate to and share their successes!! “I want you guys to pay attention to what I do this evening. If this business intrigues you, get with me after the presentation and I have this magazine (hold up the “Empowering Woman) to give you that has more information about the Arbonne opportunity.”

Question Game We will also play a game to allow you to earn a free gift. Each time you ask a question about a product, you get a chew . Each time you ask a question about the business, you get a bag of detox tea. The person with the most chews or detox tea at the end of the presentation will receive the gift (FYI lip gloss-order under $120 for 24 and they cost you $2!!) This allows everyone to learn more. What to expect 1. I will educate you on Arbonne’s incredible products. 2. You will learn about the company 3. I will educate you on the opportunity that Arbonne has to offer 4. At the end of the presentation, we will meet individually because we all have different skin types; different products that we are using and we all have different budgets. We can formulate a plan just for you! The awesome thing about what I do is most of the products I’m recommending are something you already use. I’m just offering you a better and healthier choice.

Hold up your catalog Make a joke about not skipping ahead. We will go through portions together. pH correct-the pH of the skin should be a 5.5 on a scale used to measure. If the pH is not correct, it can become very dry and irritated or become too oily and produce acne. Hypoallergenic: Arbonne products are formulated without the use of certain ingredients that are frequently known to cause allergic reactions, and contain no harsh chemicals. The term “hypoallergenic” does not mean non-allergenic, there is not such thing. But the majority of people can use hypoallergenic products, see great benefits and not have allergic reactions. Dermatologist tested: This means the products have been tested for irritation under dermatologist supervision. The products are put through testing to ensure they are of a superior quality, safe, and beneficial. Never tested on animals: Instead of testing on animals, Arbonne uses a Repeat Insult Patch Test. This is where a human panel uses a product on the same site for an extended period of time. Arbonne will not release a product unless it scores zero in this study! Formulated without animal products or by-products. Formulated without mineral oil: Mineral oil is an occlusive oil that can interfere with skin functions as well as advanced delivery systems. We choose to use natural oils that will absorb into your skin. This is very important-remember how we talked about commercials? Remember when a product uses a delivery

When booking your trade show it’s important to make sure that there is only ONE ARBONNE table per show. This should be on a first come first serve basis. Please do not go to a trade show with more than one Arbonne booth unless the number of attendee’s is a very large amount. This is a common courtesy and keeping in the Arbonne Spirit!
