STEPS IN TEACHING THINKING SKILLS 1.TEACHER TALKS ABOUT THE ACTIONS OF THE PEOPLE AND ANIMALS IN A STORY HEARD OR READ. PUPILS PRACTISE WITH TEACHER. 2.PUPILS PRACTISE WITHOUT TEACHER’S GUIDANCE USING THE SAME STORY 3. PUPILS THEN APPLY THESE IDEAS FOR OTHER STORIES AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SITUATIONS
