It is my pleasure to introduce Ms. Jyothi.Vantikommu, whom I know during the past five years. Ms. Jyothi. Vantikommu has completed his Masters degree with specialization in organic chemistry from Kakatiya University, Warangal, India. I used to take some Guest classes at Kakatiya University during the course of her M.Sc. During this period I had close interaction with Ms. Jyothi.Vantikommu. After completion of her Master degree Ms. Jyothi joined in various chemical research laboratories and pursuing her research and during that period I have observed her closely. Ms. Jyothi is a diligent, hardworking and a meticulous student. She is receptive to knowledge and ever willing to learn. Ms. Jyothi has a thorough grasp of basic organic, inorganic and physical chemistry. She is well versed with many chemical, analytical and biochemical techniques such as setting up organic reactions, isolation and purification of medicinal compounds, Literature survey, etc. Ms. Jyothi has good communication skills and she maintains very good relation with her colleagues. I have found Ms. Jyothi to possess a keen aptitude for advanced study and research. She has originality in thinking and possesses amicable nature to work in research team and gets along with her colleagues.
