JONATHAN HUNG

Jonathan Hung is President and Founder of the Singapore Space and Technology Association, Singapore’s lead, non-profit industry association focused on supporting the development of the space technology industry. Mr. Hung is also Centre Director, Asia Pacific Operations at the Singapore Economic Development Board, the country's lead investment promotion agency. Prior to this, he handled the dual portfolio of aerospace and marine sectors in the transport engineering division. An avid aerospace professional, Mr. Hung serves as Committee Co-Chairman for the Singapore Airshow’s Global Space & Technology Convention, and sits on the Technical Programme Committees for Satellite Technology Asia and Defence Technology Asia conferences, organized by the Naval Exchange Group. He is also member of the National University of Singapore’s Physics Task Force, International Astronautical Federation Commercial Spaceflight Safety Committee, and the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Aerospace Technology / Marine & Offshore Technology Advisory Committees. Jonathan graduated magna-cum-laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), double majoring in Aerospace Science and Aviation Business Administration.
