JOINT AFFIDAVIT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, SOLEDAD T. DOMINGUEZ and MARISOL D. VALDOZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and residents of San Gavino, Victoria, Tarlac, do hereby depose and state, to wit: 1. That we SOLEDAD T. DOMINGUEZ and MARISOL D. VALDOZ are the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of FELIX ALAMAR respectively; 2. That we are bare witnesses to the abusive acts committed by FELIX ALAMAR against BRIAN PHILIP ALAMAR during the time that they were living with us at our residence in Brgy. San Gavino, Victoria, Tarlac; 3. At one time, EMELY DOMINGUEZ, aunt of Brian Philip, saw Felix Alamar throwing verbal invectives at Brian Philip and attempting to strike him (Brian Philip) with a piece of wood and had it not been for his aunt’s interventions Brian Philip would have suffered serious if not fatal injuries; 4. The uncontrollable anger of Felix Alamar was also manifested when he repeatedly kicked a domesticated cat inside our house killing the said animal instantaneously, just because he was bitten by the said cat when he stepped over it; 5. Further, Felix Alamar would locked up Brian Philip (when he was six years old) alone inside the house just so he could go to his gambling activities; 6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth the foregoing declarations for whatever legal intents or purpose it may serve.
