Profile
I am a self-motivated, positive and approachable individual, currently studying Fashion Design at Nottingham Trent University. I have a great eye for detail and enjoy all aspects of design. I have strong skills in research, CAD, pattern cutting, manufacture and construction. I am currently looking for suitable placements and internships that will give me a further understanding of what the fashion industry is like.
Key Achievements
-Won high street giant River Island’s ‘Best Smart Outfit’ Award for a live menswear competition Nottingham Trent University undertook with them. The prize being a year’s mentoring from them during third year and a two week placement at their head office. -One of only ten finalists for the UK’s largest online fashion store ASOS internship application process.

March 2019 - Independently worked on two customisation projects, upcycling old samples to produce new ones for upcoming trends - Completed research and shop reports to assist the denim, knitwear and outerwear teams - Produced designs using Adobe Illustrator, updating a jersey range to ensure newness with the upcoming trends - Attended team meetings, giving me an insight on how the brand follows trends and makes them suitable for their specific customer - Assisted the team with admin tasks to ensure organisation of the department
