INTRODUCTION Ref: EC/GOCN/EXP/VOL.II/05 We are Labor Solicitors/Recruiter of Fujian Tu Consultant (China)LTD. and in pursuant to the service contract of our client with the China Liquified Natural Gas (CLNG) through its sponsor China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC)in the engineering and oil field sector. We intends to invite experienced individuals/ expatriate or Consultancy firm capable of rendering expertise services in various fields of engineering,maintenance, administrative, environmental technology/sciences, drilling, administration and information technology etc. Energy Konsult has been mandated by Fujian Tu Consultant (China)LTD to supplement additional manpower for a turnkey project with China LNG limited (CLNG) a mixed company established by CNPC. The LNG Project consists of the construction and operation of a new liquified natural gas plant on Foshan Province Island in South Eastern China, which is schedule to commence in 25th June, 2009. The project will combine cost, natural gas reserves, and projections of a growing demand for imported natural gas in the industrialized countries countries around the Atlantic Basin as well as provision for engineering procurement fabrication, transportation,installation hook-up and pre-commissioning. The LNG Project has received strong support from the Chinese Government and Memorandum of Understanding was signed in China in December 1994 with representatives from Technip (France), Snamprogetti (Italy), Kellogg (US) and JGC (Japan) for the construction of the facilities. Under the leadership of China LNG Limited, a private corporation head-quartered in Gongye Dadao, Beijing, the project will include a two-train liquefaction plant; a 218 km gas pipeline system linking the plant to supply gas fields; associated utilities, storage/loading facilities and other infrastructure; six ocean-going cryogenic vessels; and residential quarters for the company's permanent employees/contractors on Foshan Island. Fujian Tu Consultant (China)LTD as a Broker to the said project requires competent expatriate(s) whose services will include the project management, engineering, procurement, construction, technical output, administrative,transportation and installation, safety,hook up and commissioning of the production platform and pipelying to handle different contract awards during the project. All operations will be reported directly/indirectly to the Project Administrator of the NLNG Plus Project Joint Venture through Fujian Tu Consultant (China)LTD. (Contractor) and China National Petroleum Plc. All personnel shall be responsible to the Joint Venture (CLNG Plus). SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: The Construction and operation of a new liquified natural gas plant on Foshan Island in South Eastern China. JOB TITLE: UXO QC/Safety Officer, SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES:

Provide Safety and QC oversight of field activities involving unexploded ordnance (UXO), materials presenting potential explosive hazard (MPPEH), low level radioactive wastes (LLRW) and hazardous wastes identification for Air National Guard work at (5) different ranges in (4) different provinces in China. Provide QC oversight of UXO & MPPEH identification, segregations and handling operations, including certification or range residue as free of ammunition, explosives and other dangerous articles. Prepare daily project QC reports, maintain records of UXO/MPPEH items recovered and coordinate disposal of UXO/MPPEH items with appropriate base EOD officials. Ensure compliance with all site safety and health requirements. Maintain all site safety related records. Supervise UXO Technicians during collection and storage of low level radioactive and hazardous wastes. Coordinate disposal of waste items with appropriate base environmental officials and transport of recyclable metals with local vendors. Maintain chain of custody and load logs for all materials shipped off the installation. SALARY: US$29,000.00, Monthly, can be transferred to any Bank or Country of your choice and all transfers must be made in conformity with the existing tax situation in China. CONTRACT DURATION: 48 months (Liable for upward review depending on your commitment and expertise) DURATION OF WORK PERIODS: Mondays through Fridays, Time: 8.00am to 4.00pm with break period between 12.00noon to 2.00pm. TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW: On confirmation of the endorsement of your Contract engagement documents, which will be deliver to you in due time, you will be contacted for a telephonic interview. However all selected expatriate(s) should ensure they undertake immunization/shots and have in their possession original Copies of education/academic Certificate, Awards from previous Jobs/Experiences and any other information deemed necessary. Interview will be designed to facilitate a cordial relationship between expatriates and firm as well as the organisational structure with respect to the project scope. Interviews are also designed to ascertain claims on working experiences and academic/educational qualifications, and should any claim be found wanting the affected expatriate would be deported and such done in conformity with the legal provision. Among reasons for interview on arrival is to establish expatriates area of interest considering the project scope in order to facilitate an efficient division of labour on Job Locations with respect to the organisation structure. Only expatriate who are satisfactorily committed with their genuine interest and ability to travel established will have their information sent to the Chinese Embassy for the necessary assistance before they embark on travel for the commencement of work. MODE OF EMPLOYMENT: The Management hereby inform that you are to INCUR all expenses associated with the processing of your relevant papers for commencement of work. Fujian Tu Consultant (China)LTD will disburse Six (6) months Upfront salaries and relocation expenses on confirmation of your required documentation (including immigration papers) from the relevant authorities here in China
