Group of Duties: He also develops, promote, manage and support the staff in their local areas through the stipulation of the following services: Conduct job analysis. Conduct training needs analysis. Evaluate employees’ performance Conduct on job and off the job training programme for the organization.
Make compensation policies and review them timely. Compensate employees on their performance. Evaluate annually best employee. Develop employees’ reward system on their performance. Deliver basic courses on the training programme. Hire services of specialist trainers for the training workshops and seminars where necessary. Make and review policies about the employees’ attitude and aptitude. Monitor and evaluate employees’ performance. Supervise relevant administration. Administrative services and support to the manager and staff of the centre Investigate certification of the employees and their past records. Assist with organization’s policy development. Administrate the office and premises. Manage information and publicity resources like library, website, newsletter and printed material development. Work with manager and staff of the centre in promotional events. And other duties commensurate with the nature of the post In addition, a place of work, hours of work and salary should be specified. Job Specification For a trained person only Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management or
MSc. in Human Resource Management. Experience 10-15 years in Human resource Management with a reputed
organization. Experience in Administration 5-10 years. Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing people and creating/maintaining high-performance teams Expertise in designing, shaping and enabling organizational change Excellent influencing skills; capable of interacting at all levels within the organization. Have knowledge of Industrial laws. Have ability to build Industrial relations. Develop training policy and review of same Excellent facilitation skills Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and organisations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
