Pak-Links Call Center’s Job Description Job Title: Telemarketing Agent Reports to: Sales Manager Accountable to: Head of Sales Hours of Work: 9.00 am to 6.00 am. Monday to Saturday Mission of the Department:To ensure the success of Pak-Links’ goals using strategic, relevant and innovative communications. Salary: Starting salary Rs. 15,000 and will be increased according to the performance and number of clients persuaded. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To promote Pak-Link’s products and services to a combination of existing customers and new

prospects, using the telephone, mail and e-mail. 2. Working closely with the sales teams to ensure prospects are managed to maximum effect. 3. Work closely with the Marketing Department to identify new areas and methods for promoting Pak-Link’s products and services. 4. Managing and maintaining accurate records. 5. Managing maililing returns and updating them quickly.

6. Market research projects/ campaigns. 7. Attending exhibitions and industry events throughout the year. Person Specifications Job Title: Telemarketing Agent

Qualifications/Attainments: 1. Minimum of 3 GCSE Grade C and above including English and Math.

2. Higher Qualifications are most welcomed. Skills: 1. Self motivated. 2. Excellent written communication. 3. Excellent verbal communication. 4. Good IT skills. 5. Organizational skills. 6. Ability to work as part of a team and work autonomously. 7. Ability to manage diary to maximize time at the telephone interface. 8. Confident at face to face presenting.

Experience: 1. 1 year experience in telemarketing field. 2. Should have worked under pressure situations. 3. Experienced in a business to business sales environment. Working Relationships: 1. External - Journalists, creative agencies, multi-media production, designers, partners, donors,

other NGOs and stakeholders, freelance project staff. 2. Internal - Programme & Conservation staff within their portfolio; other Communications

Managers; NI Communicators; Communications and Marketing Division staff; NO, PO and other Network communications staff.
