To Whom It May Concern:
I saw Joanna Forman today for one hour of individual psychotherapy. She shared freely about how she felt in her former relationship with her ex-husband. She was genuine about wanting to use her experience as something that she could learn and grow from. She is a 38 year old woman and mother of a 6 year old son. She was born and educated in Poland, and led a simple and quiet life there with her parents and one younger sister, whom she is close with. She is presently experiencing much fear and anxiety.
