1. Items “won” must be paid for before the close of the event. Payment by the successful bidder may be made thirty minutes following the board’s closing or at the end of the auction (should you wish to pay for all items “won” at one time). SILENT AUCTION PROCEDURES
1. All items have a minimum bid of $25 unless otherwise specified.

2. To enter a silent auction bid: Sign up for an auction ID number at the auction entrance – you will use this number for bidding throughout the night.
3. All bids must be made in writing. Once you have decided on a bid amount, write down your auction ID number and bid amount on a bid slip. Place your bid slip in the bid basket located on each table.
4. You may bid as often as you wish prior to each board’s closing.

Julia Jump is a fundraiser of the Preservation Resource Center, a non‐profit organization. The name of the prize winner may be obtained by sending a pre‐addressed, stamped envelope to PRC at 923 Tchoupitoulas St., New Orleans, LA 70130. Winner agrees that PRC is neither responsible nor liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, about the prize. Winner need not be present at the Julia Jump to win. Prize will not be redeemed for cash. The retail value of the prize has been determined by the donor and has not been independently appraised by the PRC. This raffle is administered by and is for the benefit of PRC. All decisions concerning the raffle, including the adjudication of any disputes regarding the raffle will be made by the PRC and shall be final. Winner will accept prize as is and is solely responsible for any and all taxes. Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail. Only official numbered entry tickets will be valid.
5. A 10‐minute notice will be given prior to each board’s closing.
6. Two minutes prior to the closing of each board, only silent bidding will be accepted, no bids will be posted during this five‐minute time frame.
7. Board closings will be signaled by the ringing of a bell. NO BIDS will be taken after the bell sounds. Winning bids will be posted as soon as tallied.
