Praise and Petition to the Everlasting God

Please feel welcome to bring this prayer list with you to the JCS Parents in Prayer meeting held each Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in the lunchroom. In your private and corporate worship this week, please praise God for: ♦



the gift of His word that we treasure in our hearts. protecting baby Calise (daughter of Stephanie Teagarden’s friends) from serious head injury after her fall onto pavement.

Please also bring these requests under God’s mercy and perfect will: New Requests

♦ that He will guide the surgeons as they set Seth McKerley’s broken leg and will heal that leg quickly without complications.

♦ that He will remove the soreness in Mrs. Phelps’ back caused by her recent fall. ♦ that He will bless Mrs. Struna as she shows her 3rd graders how His word connects to their lives. ♦ that He will glorify the Lord Christ in the work of faith and love being done by Senorita Ortiz. that He will encourage David and Ingrid Galinat (Mrs. Phelps’ nephew and niece) to lay all their stress and anxiety on Him the Galinats recently lost their uninsured home in a flood, and Ingrid is seven months pregnant with their first child that He will mitigate the effects of the H1N1 virus in our school and among our families. that He will enable Carlton Gbur’s grandmother to recover fully from her surgery and will bless all aspects of her recuperative stay at Carlton’s house. that He will heal Susan Meer’s vocal chords. that His love will embrace the Hopkins family as Abbie’s grandfather, Jim Foster, has been diagnosed with prostate/bladder cancer. that He will protect and guide Thomas Weaver throughout his deployment to Afghanistan. that He will restore Mrs. Phelps to full health after her recent emergency surgery. that the gentle peace of Christ will surround the Reaoch family. that He will fill our volunteers/participants with the joy of Christ as they prepare for the Race for Education. that He will bring Mrs. Deemer and her baby through a healthy pregnancy and delivery. that His Name will be on our children’s lips as they interact with one another at school. that He will uplift the Parents in Prayer group as they lay JCS underneath His mercy. that He will prepare the way for new families to come experience the love of Christ that abounds at JCS. that He will glorify His name through our faculty’s faithful ministry to their students. that He will provide our JCS Board members with the knowledge of His will in their decisions. that He will uphold Mary Boyle and our library volunteers as they process the books donated this year. that He will bless the Memory Marathon and use it to enliven the word He has written on our hearts. that He will remain a hedge of protection around the leaders and members of the US military.
