How to cook sushi??

まきすし Maki-sushi






Place のり (Nori) on a まき す (Makisu) のり = seaweed まきす= a bamboo mat

巻き寿司 Maki-susi







Put しゃり (Syari) on the の り (Nori) You need to leave a space

しゃり = rice mixed with vinegar のり = seaweed
