Operations & Maintenance – Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of rotating equipments, analytical and process instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. – Managing fabrication ,erection ,installation of flow coating m/c, IMS and fritseal furnance etc & looked after process, production, quality control and area maintenance activities of flow coating, IMS gun sealing &exhaust in plant manufactures of color picture tube – Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools and techniques. – Handling production & process activities of after Exhaust, unsealing, Aging Finishing Line production Quality Assurance – Establishing quality standards and implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of products. – Monitoring adherence to quality systems & comply with quality standards with TPM Techniques. – Administering wastage reduction in all above areas thru yield improvement and using Six Sigma tools. – Identifying & supporting Engineers for execution of Six Sigma Projects. Cost Saving Initiatives – Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget. – Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them. – Implementing inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock keep tab on slow-moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost. Successful at Melco CPT Technology for transferring Mitsubishi, from Japan to Samtel, India. Successful at LG CPT Technology transfer from LG, Korea to Hotline, India Conducted Pareto analysis/ Why Why analysis/cause and effect analysis for better functioning of operations. Streamlined the Temp profile of frit seal furnance reestablished resulting in reducing the junk by 2%.
