Introduction to ArcGIS ......................................................................................... $725 This three-day course is designed to introduce fundamental GIS concepts and a basic understanding of how to use the ArcGIS suite of applications: ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and ArcToolbox. Topics will include but are not limited to: displaying data, querying data, generating labels and annotation, spatial analysis, geocoding, and creating hard copy maps and reports. This class serves as an introductory course for GIS users with little or no experience and is developed using the ArcView license of ArcGIS 9.3. This class is also recommended as a prerequisite to the Intermediate/Advanced ArcGIS classes. 18 PDH Credits

Intermediate ArcGIS ............................................................................................. $550 This two-day course is designed to provide users with an advanced understanding of how to use the ArcGIS suite of applications: ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and ArcToolbox. Topics will include, but are not limited to: advanced spatial analysis and geoprocessing operations, Model Builder™, editing tools, database design, and an introduction to the customization environment VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). This course utilizes a case study-based approach, which allows the participants to understand and apply the functionality of ArcGIS in a real-world environment with applicable data, illustrating its use as an effective decision making tool. This class serves as an intermediate course for GIS users with practical experience using the software and is developed using the ArcView license of ArcGIS 9.3. It is recommended that participants have taken Introduction to ArcGIS™ or have equivalent experience with ArcGIS. 12 PDH Credits

Working with the Geodatabase ....................................................................... $275 This one-day course is designed to introduce students to the ESRI geodatabase environment. Topics will include, but are not limited to: migrating data into a geodatabase, managing and editing vector and raster data, building and maintaining topology, creation of subtypes, attribute domains and relationship classes, and geodatabase sharing. This class serves as an intermediate/advanced course for GIS users with practical experience using the software and is developed using the ArcInfo (or ArcEditor) license of ArcGIS 9.3. It is recommended that participants have taken Introduction to ArcGIS or have equivalent experience with ArcGIS. 6 PDH Credits

Hands-On Approach • Our workshops provide a true hands-on approach, with one student per workstation. • We maintain a manageable class size. Each workshop is limited to 12 people, allowing the instructor to offer personalized attention.

Training Certificate and PDH Credits • Students are awarded a certificate of recognition stating that they have fulfilled all requirements of the course. • Professional Development Hours (PDH) for professional engineers and registered land surveyors are awarded for the workshops as indicated in this brochure.

Cancellation We have the right to cancel any class at any time.
