I have been asked to decipher the legal and accounting jargon and explain what it actually means... I’ll have a shot, but will also stress at the same time to seek proper advise from someone who is qualified (i.e. not me!).

Imagine you make $10,000 profit and therefore you pay $3,000 tax. If you have bought a $5,000ex projector, then you could claim 30% of that amount against your income tax. So, 30% of $5,000 is $1,500. Your $10,000 profit, less your $1,500 deduction is now $8,500. Now your income tax would only be $2,550. The PRO1247D allows you to extend component video, coaxial digital audio, stereo audio & IR signals to 4 different zones (expandable up to 8 with loop out function) using economical CAT5e cable.
