Frequently Asked Questions 1. Where is the land located? Olive Gardens Estate is located at Gurku directly behind Mpape Hills after Aso B, Mararaba Nasarawa State. The estate is however behind Mpape Hills, Abuja. Even though the estate is currently accessible through Mararaba, The beauty of its location will be appreciated when the link road that connects the road that connects the area to Mpape and Katampe, Abuja is completed. 2. Are there any other fees associated with the land? Yes, you will pay 15% of the cost of Land as survey and legal fees. There is also a fee for setting-out, excavation and supervision when you are about to commence developing your land. IPC Homes and other stakeholders will later agree on infrastructure fee for the estate. The mode of payment for all these fees are very flexible for ease of payment. 3. What if am not able to complete my payment or I default in the weekly/monthly subscription. You have 1 year to complete payment, if you fail to complete payment within a year, you will have to pay a penalty fee or pay the current rate the land is sold for. 4. What kind of infrastructure will IPC homes provide? IPC has done the perimeter fencing to a level. IPC Homes will build the playground and sports center. If I change my mind about the land purchase, can I get my money back? Yes, you will get your money back less 15% administrative charges. Refund is however not immediate but we are committed to ensuring that you get your money back within reasonable time. 8. How do I pay, to the bank or individual? You can pay into our accounts in GTBank, Zenith Bank, UBA, Diamond Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Hasal MFB or Fortis MFB. 9. Can I subscribe even though I don’t live in Abuja? Yes, the transactions can be done with emails. 10. What kind of title do I get? You will get a Deed of Assignment.
