Fellow Secretary: Our league, Philippine League of Secretaries to the Sanggunians, Inc. will have the National Executive Board meeting and Conference Workshop on New Trends in Records Management and Archives Administration on September 9, 10, 11, and 12, 2008 at Pearlmont Inn, Lim Ket Kai Drive, Cagayan de Oro City. We are collecting P5,300.00 as registration fee and seminar materials. Please come. We are sending later the Memorandum Circular from DILG on this activity. Our City of Golden Friendship has many things to offer to make your stay a memorable one also. A city tour was organized to be held on the 3

day. But the expenses for this activity will be shouldered by you. You can choose from the following options: white water rafting (minimum of 4 participants-P1,300.00 per pax), river tubing (minimum of I0 participants, P1, 200.00 per pax), canopy walk that includes rappelling, zip line, and sky bridge (minimum of I0 participants at PI,050 per pax) If you want to tour the city, for a minimum of I0 pax, P2,250 will be charged. We hope that you can organize by yourselves according to the number of participants in the selected sports to participate so that you can save.
