Acadia National Park - Natural Resource Mapping
Distribution of invasive plants on Mount Desert Island. The map shows the number of species in each watershed that was surveyed. The survey was restricted to sites within Acadia National Park – no plants were collected outside of park boundaries (grey areas in this figure). Map is based on data in Greene et al. (2004). Additional data (courtesy of K. Anderson, Acadia NP Office of GIS) are shown for lupine and purple loosestrife records.
