Introduction: The Philippines has a high vulnerability on natural disaster that affects the country especially the agricultural industry. The position of the Philppines in Southeast Asia is one of the factors why the country is vulnerable on natural disasters. Natural disaster such as earthquakes and typhoons has a huge impact to the agricultural crops and affecting the area of the damaged part of the range. Those effects are massive so that the farmers can’t find the specific area that is affected by the natural disaster. The growth of the crops is also affected including the drainage system and its irrigation. Because of this problem, the government started to build a plan on how they can easily find the affected areas so they can cure it immediately. They proposed to use the drone to easily determine the affected areas of the radius. This drones is an unmanned aerial vehicle used to view the whole hectares of the specific agricultural range and its affected parts. This drones is approved by the Department of Agriculture (DOA) because of the high vulnerability of the Philippines on disaster risk. This drones can be applied after a natural disaster occurs and will help the farmers to aid the affected crops immediately. This unmanned aerial vehicle is composed of a high standard intelligence that is especially made for agricultural purposes. It can be used by the local farmers especially in Vizayas and some regions of Luzon that has a high vulnerability in natural disasters. This drones has light materials and only composed of local materials so it can be repaired and use it easily . Its sensors and digital imaging capabilities is its best features to help the farmers on it’s problem in terms of agriculture. The drone can also reveal the damages of the past disaster such as irrigation and soil variation.
