When the child's parent got incarcerated, what have you observed in his/her interpersonal relationship? 3.) How many meals in a day do you eat? 4.) How difficult it was to raise up the child since his/her parent have been incarcerated? 5.) How did you motivate the child to keep on going to school though he/she has difficulties in getting along with others at school? 6.) Do you have some observations in the child's performance at school before and after his/her parent have been incarcerated? 7.) Were you able to help the child in making his/her projects and assignments at school?

8.) Was there a time that the child was involved in a trouble because he/she was bullied because he/she has an incarcerated parent? 9.) Were there times that the child attempted to stop going to school because he/she was to get bullied at school? 10.) How often do you visit the parent of the child in jail?
