Questions: 1. What things do you love about fish culture? I want to know the living characteristics of fish, their parts and function, and new technologies about fish culture. 2. Why did you decide to become a teacher? I decided to become a teacher because of financial problems, and I saw that I can be a teacher so I decided to become one. I also want to share my knowledge about fish culture to my students. 3. Where did you first teach? I first teach here in Coron School of Fisheries. 4. How long have you been teaching? I am teaching here for 22 years. 5. Is teaching your first preference for a career? No. My first preference for a career is being a policeman, but because of financial problems and there is no course like that in our place at that time, I decided to become a teacher here. 6. What are the activities you enjoy most as a teacher? As a teacher, I enjoy teaching the students about what I know in fish culture and supervising the students in their projects and when they are in the fishpond. 7. What advice can you give the students to make them love fish culture? My only advice to the students is for them to love fish culture, study the characteristics, structure and functioning of fishes so they will be encourage taking fish culture. 8. What advice can you give your fellow fish culture teachers to make fish culture more appealing to the students? My advice to my fellow fish culture teachers is to love their work, concentrate in their eaching and research about fish culture so that the students will know that your lecture is worth it.

9. Was there ever a time when you wished you should never have become a teacher? I think it happen in all teachers. Sometimes, I think that I want to resign from my work because of pressure. But deep inside, I want to teach the students. 10. Did your family inspire you to become a teacher? If not, who inspired you to become one? I never dreamed of being a teacher and no one inspired me to become one. When I had my family, I needed to have a job sio I decided to become a teacher.
