Methods of Training : Our Original Session Plan Complete 15 reps of jump squats. - Rest 30 seconds. Complete 24 Reps of Jump Lunges. - Rest 30 seconds. Repeat for 4 rounds.

Methods of Training : Our Original Session Plan (improved) Our original plan was mainly focus on the legs. So, we reduce the amount of the old exercise and add one more exercise for the arms. In this case, it will cover every parts.

Complete 10 reps of jump squats. - Rest 30 seconds. Complete 15 reps of Jump Lunges. - Rest 30 seconds. Complete 15 reps of plank punches. - Rest 30 seconds. Repeat for 4 rounds.
