We have incurred a Cost of Rs. 5899828/- In the preceding 12 months towards salaries( inclusive of their expenses) and the Units they have achieved and the value proposition (Rs.55,65,341)does not justify continuance of a team of this size and calls for restructuring of the team with chance given only to performers. Recommendation : The Current incumbent leadership be replaced with a new person from within the system with clear instructions on deliverables and KRA which shall also be monitored by HR on a Monthly basis till the new team settles down, For your perusal please, Regards Vaidya
