Re: Units 23, 24 & 25: Maybe we could wait until after the next garbage pickup (Nov 24) to send letters as a lot of it was boxed up and they may have made arrangements. It was also noted that two of those units are under construction and apparently the mess is not as bad as it once was. Other items noted: Unit 4 has a wasp nest on the front of the unit (first floor). Behind unit 36 and 37 there is a fence slat, piece of carpet and flower box just outside the fence. Unit 39 and 66 have graffiti on the side of the units. Light fixture in common area behind unit 65 is completely missing the globe. Light still functioning. Behind unit 77, over by the property line fence, there is a large pile of dirt/gravel. Looks like it may have been put there by the guys working on the apartment building parking lot.

Broken fence post left against a tree at the back of unit 13. Bicycle lock needs to be cut off the lamp pole behind unit 61 Downspouts at units 13, 34 and between 54/55 have been crushed Misc. comments/suggestions for future meetings: There are no unit numbers on the backs of blocks 1 – 7 and 74 – 79 Several driveways could use some resurfacing. Rear of units 40 – 47 and front of units 1, 48, 55 have a lot of mildew on the bricks and/or siding. As well, there are several areas throughout the complex with large white blotches on the bricks, presumably where graffiti has been removed. The front of some units have an abundance of cobwebs and insects around the windows and doors that should be cleaned up. We talked about the idea of having the exteriors of the entire complex cleaned, where needed, possibly as part of a spring overhaul. A suggestion was made to consider a planting a privacy hedge in place of fence behind the fire hydrant at the front entrance It was noted that the vertical posts for the gate at unit 73 need to be trimmed down however, they may be in the middle of finishing it like the one over near unit 10 and elsewhere in the complex. I think before a letter goes out we should decide if customised gates are okay or not, as it will have to apply to everyone. Personally, I think they're fine. What's everyone else's opinion? Haven't actually seen two cars parked in unit 30 (checked again on the 19th and 21st) Should we still send out a letter? Abandoned car (AXTT 426) at unit 18 was gone as of Nov 19th. ** I propose that we mandate that only pressure-treated lattice be used to enclose the bottom of fences to help keep the complex looking uniform. What does everyone else think?
