Informal Communication During the project which I have been undertaking I have had to keep in contact with my client and my stake holders via informal communications such as emails and phone conversations. I will show some of these below. I sent the agenda of the second review meeting to my client as he was unable to attend the meeting.
In response to this email my client phoned me below is the conversation. Faye Inglesant: Hello Daniel Gilbert: Hello I am just calling to let you know that I still won’t be able to make it to the meeting. Thank you for sending me the agenda which you have produced. Can I request that I be sent the minutes of this meeting once you have written them up so that I can have a look over them? Faye Inglesant: Yes I will make sure I type them up straight the way so that you can have access to them as soon as possible. Daniel Gilbert: Thank you. I have also decided on a sound track for the presentation. I will email this to you so that you can listen to it. Faye Inglesant: Thank You. Our next meeting will be held on the 10/12/08 will you be attending? Daniel Gilbert: Yes I will. I will see you there. Thank you, Goodbye for now. Faye Inglesant: Goodbye.
My client then later sent me the sound track which I later used as the soundtrack of the presentation.
I also contacted one of my stake holders Mr Deacon during my project as I had a problem with one of my text boxes. I therefore asked him if he has a resolution to my problem. I did this via phone conversation. Mr Deacon: Hello Faye Inglesant: Hello Mr Deacon, I have come across a problem which I cannot resolve and wondered if you may be able to provide me with the answer to. I have got a problem with one of my text boxes and I can’t seem to resolve it. Mr Deacon: Unfortunately without looking at it I can’t help you, How about you email it to me and I will take a look at it for you. Faye Inglesant: Yes that would be good thank you. Goodbye. Mr Deacon: Goodbye. Below is the email which I sent to Mr Deacon,
