May 10, 2009 Dear Aurora Planning Board, In regard to the application by Todd Zwigard for an addition, and also his application for a home business permit: I have read the applications and I request that they be returned to the applicant for revision. These applications contain inaccurate and misleading information. The village application forms request that the applicant supply the names of the abutting property owners. On Zwigard’s applications it is stated that the property is bounded on the west by “Cayuga Lake”. That is an inaccurate and dishonest answer. I do not believe that this is an innocent error. Instead, I believe this to be a dishonest tactic, calculated to use the village application process as a tool to support the lawsuit that the Zwigards have initiated against Susanne Holland. Susanne Holland is the owner of the property abutting the Zwigard property to the west. All surveys and Cayuga County tax maps verify this. I request that the Aurora Planning Board disallow this application, in its current form, because it is not accurate and the application is being used as propaganda. Sincerely,

Laura Holland
