Take Home Persuasive Essay
Revise your class essay. As before, use a thesis statement that focuses on your critique of either 1) the author's persuasive technique or 2) the author's ideas or point of view. Use topic sentences that focus each paragraph on supporting a component of your thesis. Apply guidelines for academic writing (using appropriate tone, style, and voice) to introduce the author and article in your text and cited works entry. Add more quotations for the essay you are critiquing and one outside source that supports your position.
