Importance of search & Rescue Training Search & Rescue training is the most effective training when it is conducted in realistic conditions. The value of Team work become effective and dynamic to address SAR issues after having appropriate knowledge about SAR by the participants. The participants should practice the sessions which will be perfectly implemented during the SAR operation.

Rescue team formation Make a search and Rescue team formation (8 Persons)
Team-1: 2 Persons as Fire Fighter Team-2: 2 persons for searching/observation (Salvage Team) Team-3: 2 persons as rescuer (Evacuation team) Team-4: 2 Persons as First Aider.
Safety Guidelines Following steps to be ensured for safety: 3. Select a relevant method on the situation of the casualties condition and help and equipment that is available. 4. Use a team and appoint on person to coordinate the move. Make sure that the team understands the sequence of actions. 5. Prepare any equipment available and make sure that the team and equipment are in position before Processing.
Safety Guidelines Always use the correct techniques to avoid injuring the casualty, yourself or helpers. Try to ensure the safety and comfort of the casualty, yourself and any helpers throughout the move her/his thumb, Hold the casualties arm out straight , slightly in front of the body.
