YOU CAN CLAIM IMMUNITY FROM EXTRADITION

NOW! † YOU ARE NOT CATTLE ¢ From The Extradition Act: Can so called public servants sell you out to the US or the DEA for selling pot or seeds? Do you agree you are not someone else’s property which can be seized to appease? Most people do not feel they are the governments property and do not want to see harmless Canadians sent south of the border to placate American interests and political views. If you are like most sane people, you do not want to go to an american prison, or a Mexican one, for actions performed in Canada. Our level of tolerance is a good thing, and is lost if those who engage in harmless activities here whether legal or not are dragged out of our country to be charged in another. If a crime was committed, then the charges should be brought here and not in a country where the basic political views are maybe radically different. The law demands a reasonable amount of fairness, and having a country demand our extradition for actions taken here which have a negative effect on them when we would not be charged here for the same actions is an unfair burden and an abandonment of basic government functions.

SETTING THE PRECEDENCE OF FREEDOM! If you were a political, prohibition or freedom activist and by your efforts had achieved change or threatened to do so, and you knew that there were powerful people in the United States unhappy with your lawful actions and they wanted to punish you by abusing our courts, would you allow that to happen if you had an easy and immediate out? D you want to send a message to the people in the government that you are not chattel property to be traded with foreign governments for political expedience, clout or favors? Send in the Claim of Immunity From Extradition to the Minister of Justice and the Canada Gazette if you wish. Be sure to use registered mail, make copies and even post them around your neighborhood and give copies to your MP’s and MLA’s if you wish.

Whereas I understand that Canada is a common law jurisdiction and equality is paramount, and Whereas I do not consent to being extradited to any Country under any circumstances, and, Whereas according to the Extradition Act everyone except those whose names are on a specific list may claim immunity from prosecution, and, Whereas I believe no government agent, employee or other public servant has the right to dispute a claim of this type without abandoning their duty to the public, and, Whereas I am not willing to serve time in a US prison for lawful actions engaged in within the borders of this Country, and, Whereas I believe only a fool or a martyr would be willing to do so, and, Therefore be it now known to any and all that I, ___________________ do hereby clearly, specifically and unequivocally claim immunity from extradition as is my right under the common law.
