IMMAGRATION Breauna Crowther
Immigrants An immigrant is people who come to another country looking for freedom
Muneer Subaihani He was born in Baghdad, Iraq then he migrated here in the US in 1944
Siblings He had 2 sisters and 1 brother, but they were killed in an uprising against Saddam Hussein in 1991.
USA When he came to live in the US he took an auto repair job. He lived in the US for 25 years then ICE arrested him then deported him to his home.
ICE When I talk about ICE I am not talking a bout frozen water, I am talking about Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ICE's mission is to "promote homeland security and public safety through the criminal and civil enforcement of federal laws governing border control, customs, trade and immigration."

Iraq ICE deported him to Iraq with 14,000 other fugitives, in the summer of 2018. They were just doing their job and bringing them to their home where they don't have to worry about them any more.
Welcome back A rare move that the US doesn't make is the court ordered ICE to find him. Then they realized in a panic that the problem was they didn't know where he was, so they had ICE try to find him.
Lost Ice still after a while they still couldn't find him so with worry and desperation they had to hire a private detective, in order to find him.
Found After a lot of hard work, sweat, and stress they finally found him with in several months they were so happy. Sadly that happiness didn't last long they found out that he didn't have the correct documents to travel back to the US. They were able to quickly fix the problems, and so Muneer was was able to come back to the US.
Back Home When he arrived he was so happy to be back with his friends, and when he got back he said,"I'm so happy. I can't believe it," to his friend. He went to his home town Antioch, Tennessee. He was living with his friend and looking for a job.
