INDEPENDENT GOVERNMENT COST ESTIMATE (IGCE) PROVISION OF STORAGE CONTAINERS Kerry P. Hein USARC, NY058 Shoreham, NY SW1 – SCOPE: The work called for by these specifications shall consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, and material to provide refurbished standard Maritime Shipping Containers to be used as Storage Containers as described below in SW4 – Detail. The work shall be performed in accordance with all federal and local codes and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. SW2 – GENERAL: All work shall be done by labor skilled in the type of work involved. Any damages caused by the Contractor’s operations shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor at no cost to the Government. SW3 – LOCATION: NY058

SW4—DETAIL: Approval Procedure; A. ALL PRODUCTS AND PLACEMENT LOCATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE 99TH RSC NORTH, DPW PRIOR TO DELIVERY. Scope of Work; FURNISH AND DELIVER A.

Ten (quantity) refurbished standard Maritime Shipping Containers as follows; 1. Outside dimensions are to be 40’-0” x 8’-0” wide x 8’-6” high. 2. Containers are to have one pair of full width, lockable cargo doors at one end. 3. Containers are to be constructed of 14 gauge steel minimum. 4. Floors are to be 1 inch treated hardwood. 5. Containers are to be watertight, free of rust and dents and are to be freshly painted. “PROPERTY OF 99TH RSC NORTH, DPW” is to be stenciled in 3” lettering on all four sides of the containers. 6. All Containers will be inspected, approved and tagged by a representative of the, 99TH RSC NORTH, DPW prior to delivery. 7. Placement of Containers will be as directed.

The Contractor/Vendor shall provide the 99TH RSC NORTH, DPW a five year, NO DOLLAR LIMIT warranty. Material Delivery Total
