Case Presentation INTERNAL CAROTID ARTERY ANEURYSM IN IT’S INTRACAVERNOUS PORTION
• A 70 yr. female presented with difficulty in vision of left eye. • Clinically was diagnosed to have occulomotor & abducent nerve palsies . • Was investigated further with CECT head.
• Two D/Ds were kept, 1.Meningioma , 2.Intracavernous ICA aneurysm. Further C.T. angiography was performed
