WHEREAS, Section 39 mandates these programs and projects to eliminate Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) based on their mandates, develop capacity building programsDepartment for their employees to become of Justice more gender sensitive to the needs of their clients, and serve as the monitoring (DOJ) body for VAWC initiatives;
Department of Labor and WHEREAS, Section 39 of the Republic Act 9262, states that the Council members Employment may designate their duly authorized representative(DOLE) who shall have a rank not lower
that an assistant secretary or its equivalent. These representatives shall attend Council for Council meetings in their behalf, and shall receive emoluments as may be the Welfare determined by the Council in accordance with existing budget and accounting rules of Children (CWC) and regulations; National
WHEREAS, Section 56 of the of the approved and Regulations Bureau Rules of Investigation Implementing Republic Act 9362, states that the Council shall meet on a quarterly (NBI) basis;
WHEREAS, the NCRFW shall include in its annual budget the amount necessary to pay for the honoraria of the members of the Council which shall comply with DBM Guidelines; NOW, THEREFORE, ON MOTION DULY SECONDED, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED pursuant to law that an honorarium shall be granted to any members of the Council that attended the quarterly meeting.
