Indonesia has a a lot of island from Sabang to Merauke that separated by ocean between the island. Eventhough we are being separated, we still being one. A lot of island in Indonesia make Indonesia has a lot of diversity like culture, religion, tradition, etc. Diversity can be interpreted as a condition in society when there are several differences in various fields. Because indonesia has a lot of island in their region make every region has different geograpichal condition. Geograpichal condition is one of factor, why Indonesia have a lot of diversity. One of diversity in Indonesia is culinary culture. Why culinary culture is affected by geograpichal condition? Because there is a different geograpichal condition in Indonesia make culinary culture from every region has a different food, taste, characteristic, etc. if you live in littoral, fishermen become one of main living in this area that affected to culinary culture who lived in this are often eat seafood. On the other side, who live in mountainous area, farmer become one of main living in this area that who lived in this area often eat agricultural food product. Moreover, soil fertility is affected by geograpichal condition. A different soil fetility in different region affect the diversity of natural resourches in Indonesia, like agricultural that affect culinary culture so that there is different culinary culture. Thus, a diversity in culinary culture is really affected by a different geograpichal condition in Indonesia archipelago. With the different culinary culture so that has a different health problem in the area. Health problem in the littoral is different with one who lived in mountainous area. Because they live in different so that they faced different problem. So, there are different solution in every region. Health problem can be affect by genetic too. Sometimes health problem is depends on their genetic. Genetics is definitely hereditary from parents to their children. But not all of health problem is affect by genetic. Moreover, people are on diet can affect their health problem. It depends on their diet. One who chose the right diet definetly faced different health problem who chose the wrong diet. Maybe who chose the right one will have a healthy body than who chose the wrong one. Because of that we think its possible to have a research relationship between genetic, health problem and people’s diet area.
