Graduated in B.Com(H),DU Brought up at Meerut (UP);later shifted to Delhi Father was Electronics Engineer in IAF;mother was house wife Set his business in 1995 in Nooriji Market ,near Sarojini Nagar,ND as a telephone exchange PROVIDER In starting ,worked only in office automation system (EPBAX)

He realized the growing market of telecommunication So he entered in telecom market as telephone exchange PROVIDER

Source of Finance Initial capital  Also mortgaged his house to source further amount of capital 

GROWTH PHASE  



Business was profitable from the very begnining He soon grabbed big names like NORTEL,RELIANCE into his pocket He then realized the expanding market of security systems like electronic Access control etc.& entered into its market

Problem faced by him 









Major problematic areas were sales,Technical knowledge, financial problems etc Ununiformity in attention paid to different set of product / services Lack of technical knowledge required for the business is a major issue Financial losses bound to occur; sometimes due to clients' hostile behavior Employee-retention another major issue

He tried to maintain good employee-employer relation by giving them a sense of belonging in the firm Try to appoint persons having more appropriate technical skills Provide more frequent training to ammeters Recently appointed a customer relationship manger in order to boost up relationship with his clients

Entrepreneurs must have lots of patience A clear vision always be motivated Not satisfied with what he has got Entrepreneurs are made or born 50% born-50% made Some inherited qualities are there but you need to polish them up and grinding those skills through experience Getting considerable share in this market segment
