How to not get fat (second age advice) Hypothesis: second age is 40 to 60 years. Promised advices (excuse me): 1. Do not eat after 19 (7 PM) or 3 hours before go to sleep. 2. Do not drink more than 1 beer per day (is better if you don’t drink beer at all!). 3. Wallk at lest 3 Km per day. 4. Eat anything you like but in small quantities. 5. Do not drink acidulated juice (if posible). 6. If the first 5 don’t work you are lost!
